On Thursday, March 21, the Hull Booster Club was awarded with the prestigious Joao Rodriguez Distinguished Service Award by the Massachusetts Secondary Schools Athletic Directors' Association.  This award recognized and appreciated this organization for their efforts in raising more than $300,000 over the last four years to help maintain interscholastic athletics at Hull High School.

The MSSADA is an organization that represents athletic directors across the state.  The absolute high light of the night was when host Ann Trytko of Hampshire Regional introduced our Booster Club, "They have raised over $300,000 to help maintain athletics at Hull High School....."  A room, filled with hundreds of athletic directors let out a collective, "Wow!"

The Hull High School Athletic Department has been thinking the same thing for 4 years!  We are so thankful that the association that represents the Commonwealth of Massachusetts also recognizes and appreciates the heroic efforts of our group.

All involved recognize and appreciate that SO many in our community should be celebrated for their efforts in keeping our student-athletes on the field, court and ice.  All involved also appreciate that recognition for one, is recognition for all!

Go Pirates!
